Prep and cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Servings: approx. 12 eggsIngredients easter eggs
- 75 g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 70 g melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice, we like Erythritol.
- 60 g melted coconut oil
- One melted chocolate bar (50g) from Keto Cacao (I'm pure)
Easter eggs: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until solid enough to roll into egg shapes.
Ps.: If you want perfect egg shapes, we recommend to use easter egg molds.
Chocolate coating: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place the easter eggs, one at a time on the coating mixture and use a spoon to roll the eggs, making sure it is completely covered. Place the coated eggs on a tray or plate and refrigerate until the coating is dry and set.
